If you're a first-time homebuyer looking to buy a home in the City of New Rochelle, you might qualify for the City’s new First-Time Home Buyer’s Down Payment Assistance Program. This program offers eligible and approved applicants up to 19% of the purchase price of a single-family home, based on the homebuyer's qualifications, to assist with the down payment. Join us on Thu., September 18: 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM in Spanish, and in English from 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM at the Ossie Davis Theater to discover more about this fantastic opportunity.
