New Rochelle Public Library Archivist David Rose will give an illustrated presentation, based on personal papers in the Library’s archives, of Elizabeth Coley Fox, an artist, school teacher, and resident of New Rochelle from 1928 to 1947.

Coley Fox’s artwork, her philosophy of education, and her devotion to her family together provide a unique avenue of approach to understanding everyday life in New Rochelle in the twentieth century.
