The New Rochelle Council of Community Services (NRCCS), in partnership w/ New Rochelle Public Library, is thrilled to invite members of the public to a special community event: a screening of the documentary film Uncharitable, immediately followed by a facilitated discussion of the film.  The post-screening discussion will be facilitated by Theresa Kump Leghorn, president of the New Rochelle Council on the Arts.

We look forward to sharing this thought-provoking experience with you and engaging in a lively discussion afterward!

About the Film: Uncharitable is a powerful documentary that challenges conventional thinking about the nonprofit sector. It explores the complexities of charity, philanthropy, and the barriers that prevent meaningful social change. The film offers an eye-opening perspective on how our charitable systems impact the very communities they aim to serve.
