Elementary students receive FREE assistance with school assignments and reading practice courtesy of Monroe College student tutors.
Join us for a Gentle Yoga class with Breathing (Pranayama) and Movement (Asana) followed by a 45-minute Artistic Meditation (Pratyahra) with specific creative exercises including writing prompts, vision collage and mandala coloring.
