In this virtual program, you will learn how to simplify the dinner routine to include better choices of ingredients, menu planning and cutting costs at the grocery store. We'll also review items to drop and swap for better options that will overall have you feeling like a Healthy New You!

Kristen has taught middle and high school, and currently is an Instructional Coach where she works with teachers and students in the area of literacy.
