Join us for a special ArtsFest 2025 concert with Tony McLendon and Friends playing classic soul, R'n'B, and originals in the intimate Ossie Davis Theater. Tony, a longtime Mt. Vernon resident, returns to the area for a special engagement featuring long time buddies including Stu Cutler (Blues HOF guitarist), reimagining classic soul standards. 

Tony, an incredible vocal talent, is also the  father of Grammy Award winning jazz phenomenon, Samara Joy!

Note: This is an after hours event at the New Rochelle Public Library.  All attendees must enter/exit via the entrance on Memorial Highway.  Memorial Highway doors will open beginning at 5:30 pm.
