The New Rochelle Public Library Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, April 23, 7:00 pm in the Library’s Ossie Davis Theater at the main branch of the New Rochelle Public Library, 1 Library Plaza, New Rochelle.

It is anticipated the Board will immediately enter Executive Session to discuss personnel matters and then reconvene the public session.
