Children ages 4-7 and their grown ups are invited to join us for a fun-filled program of back-to-school stories and crafts.
Presented by the New Rochelle Youth Bureau’s Mommy and Me Program, in partnership with The New Rochelle Public Library. Volunteers supported by the New Rochelle Youth Bureau’s Youth Council.
