This presentation, tailored for high school seniors, juniors, current college students and their parents, offers invaluable insights into navigating the leap from high school to college.  Attendees will discover practical tools and strategies to proactively manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges commonly faced during this transitional phase, and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of self-care. Parents will learn how to help their students transition.

Presented by Dr. Randi Brown, owner and founder of Comprehensive Academic Coaching Solutions (CACS).  Dr. Brown has over 33 years of experience working with children and their families in education ranging in age from 5 - 21 years  as a School Psychologist/School Neuropsychologist. Dr. Brown holds a Doctorate in School Psychology from Yeshiva University and a Post-Doctoral certification in School Neuropsychology, becoming a Diplomate of the American Board of School Neuropsychologists (ABSNP).
