American Red Cross Blood Drive

Prospective donors are currently being sought by the American Red Cross for this upcoming blood drive.

Donors need to be at least 17 years of age. Donors may inquire about registering by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS, or by visiting www.redcrossblood.org. Donors should bring a photo I.D. and allow an hour to complete the donation. For more information, contact the American Red Cross at: 1-800-RED-CROSS. 

Due to the damage from hurricane Helene, there were 100 cancelled blood drives and 2,500 pints of blood were lost. Now, hurricane Milton will result in even more blood drive cancellations. The Red Cross asks donors to give blood to fulfill our local needs and to help the affected areas. We can’t manufacture blood, so we have to depend on the generosity of donors.
