Join us for this unique workshop that combines meditation, creative visualization and writing prompts. Whether you’re an experienced writer or just getting started, this program offers a welcoming and encouraging space to experiment, practice, and discover your voice. 

We’ll celebrate National Poetry Month, explore seasonal themes, and prepare for National Novel Writing Month with guided prompts and supportive discussion. Join us and build community, boost confidence, stay accountable, and grow as a writer.

*Registration is required.  This is a multi-session writing workshop series and space is limited; interested participants should be willing to commit to attend all sessions.  Signing up for the first session will automatically enroll the registrant in all remaining sessions in the series.*Registration will open beginning on Monday, February 2, 2026 at 9:00 am.

Facilitated by NRPL Adult Services Librarian, Caroline Reddy. A native of Shiraz, Iran, Caroline’s work has appeared in “Iranian Women Speak” (International Human Rights Arts Festival, 2023) to raise awareness for the ZanZendegiAzadi -WomenLifeFreedom movement in Iran. Her work also includes a collection of poetry, “Shake the Atmosphere to Reclaim an Empty Moment” (Pierian Springs Press 2024) and she recently published her chapbook “On the Precipice of Summer” (Alien Buddha Press, 2025.)
