A family with ten children has a father who is a frustrated singer in a low-paying job and is subject to alcohol induced rages. The mother steps in to support the family by entering and winning advertising jingle contests which were the rage in the '50s and '60s. Based on a true story, the film shows the resilience of a mother and a family with humor and drama. A little-known film that will leave you exhilarated.
