Experience a unique way of movement that is accessible for everyone. Would you like to improve your coordination, flexibility or even balance? Have you tried stretching but still have muscular tension or pain in one or more areas of your body?
Using slow, small and gentle movements, you'll explore natural movement patterns of the body in sitting, standing and/or walking. During the class you'll discover habits that you have acquired in your movement, and new options that will help you to move in a way that creates more ease and less tension on your muscles, as well as joints and tendons. These lessons are based on The Feldenkrais Method®. Instructor: Patricia Wahl, Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner.
