Struggling to stand tall or move with ease? This gentle class, based on The Feldenkrais Method®, uses slow, gentle mindful movements to improve posture, flexibility, and balance—without strain. Discover how your movement habits impact well-being and learn techniques to release tension, breathe easier, and feel more energized.
Space is limited. First come, first served. Please bring a towel, blanket, or garden pad to sit on. Open to all abilities.
