Program Description

Event Details

This beginner sewing program will teach teens how to thread and operate, and troubleshoot a sewing machine while making several small projects including a personal pin cushion; a pocketed ½ apron, a simple tote bag and more. All materials and supplies are provided.

No previous sewing experience is required but patrons must commit to attending all 4 sessions. (Please do not register if you cannot attend all 4 sessions.) Space is limited. Registration is required.

Instructor: Ellen Lumpkin Brown, a sewing instructor with extensive experience in teaching beginners to sew.
