For those seeking a more challenging practice with broader variations, the Dharma Multilevel class includes both gentle modifications and more advanced options.
This class is open to all levels, also intended for students with some experience or those ready to explore a broader range of postures. It follows a similar structure to the Gentle class but includes more dynamic sequences and offers advanced posture variations for students who are ready and able to safely practice them.
While the foundational aspects of the practice remain, students are encouraged to explore their individual limits with mindfulness. Basic and gentle variations are always offered alongside more advanced options, and everyone is supported to practice at their own pace.
As in all Dharma Yoga classes, rest is encouraged at any time, and resting postures are included between sequences to help balance effort and ease. The practice is rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and the intention to cultivate inner peace and clarity.
