Join New Rochelle librarian and film historian Chris Poggiali, co-author of These Fists Break Bricks: How Kung Fu Movies Swept America and Changed the World, for a thrilling day of action-packed martial arts movies, beginning with Michelle Yeoh's explosive film debut, YES, MADAM! Chris will introduce the films and lead a post-screening discussion.

11:30 am - YES, MADAM! (1985)

Academy Award winner Michelle Yeoh (Best Actress, Everything Everywhere All at Once) stars as a police inspector paired with a Scotland Yard detective (Cynthia Rothrock) investigating the murder of a special agent from London who was targeted by a Hong Kong crime syndicate.
