This series of classes will target specific areas of the body, but will also benefit the overall body.
March 7, 14 (Intelligent Knees & Ankles)
The knee and ankle joints provide stability and mobility for our daily movements, such as walking, sitting, standing, and balance. These important joints can affect the posture of the whole body and vice versa. When we use them in a way that creates extra force and effort, then overuse or pain can result. This class will teach you hot to improve the movement in your knees and ankles.
Instructor Patricia Wahl uses a unique body-brain type exercise (based on The Feldenkrais Method) for learning intelligent movement.
