Using slow, small and gentle movements, you'll explore natural movement patterns of the body in sitting, standing and/or walking. 

This series of classes will target specific areas of the body, but will also benefit the overall body.

If you feel like you are on a never-ending quest to relax your neck and shoulders, join us to learn practical movements to reduce effort and prevent injury. You will leave feeling relaxed and renewed.

Instructor Patricia Wahl uses a unique body-brain type exercise (based on The Feldenkrais Method)  for learning intelligent movement.
