Sunday Afternoon Concert Series: Opera and Song

Enjoy a captivating program of opera and song as tenor Ryan Michki and pianist Ricky Moreira bring their expressive talents to the stage. Presented in partnership with Young Musicians of Westchester. Registration is requested. 

About the Performers:  Ryan Michki is an operatic tenor working in all avenues of music, opera, and theater. He is in his fifth year at Bard Conservatory and plans to graduate in the spring of 2026 with a B.A. in Voice Performance and a B.A. in Historical Studies. Some of Ryan’s recent endeavors include being a chorus fellow in the 2024 Spoleto Festival, placing as a finalist in the 2023-24 Schmidt Vocal Arts Competition, and most recently participating in Opera Saratoga's 2025 summer festival. Ricky Moreira completed a piano performance degree through the Aaron Copland School of Music at Queens College. Utilizing his collaborative keyboard skills and vocal coaching experiences, Ricky works with a variety of vocal and instrumental groups performing literature from Bach to Bernstein. A gifted chamber musician, Ricky is part of Alegria Ensemble -- a prize-winning chamber music group of friends who met at the Copland School and who are building an audience in the metropolitan area and beyond.
